These are a series of new developments focusing on the future of UK new communities. Greenwich is the first of these, I think. Anyway, these guys are bidding to English Partnerships for the contract and need some technology partnerships. Every region will have a housing development exemplar of this sort … all deevelopment will have some sort of fat pipe home broadband; but the MK one [1850 new homes] has ICT as its defining characteristic.
