Stav Unarmed Self Defence

A one off class in unarmed self defence applying the principles of Stav, taught by Stav Master Graham Butcher.

Church, Wednesday 18th August, 5:30pm – 7:30pm, £5 per person.

The class will concentrate on:

  • Relaxation to speed up reflexes
  • Using the five principles as effective strategies for self defence.
  • The effects of focused concentration
  • Methods of disrupting balance in an opponent.
