Dr Harith Alani from KMi gave an invited talk at the European Science Foundation conference (ESF-COST) on Future Internet and Society: A Complex Systems Perspective. The conference took place on 1-7 October, Acquafredda di Maratea, Italy.

COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is one of the longest-running European instruments supporting cooperation among scientists and researchers across Europe.

The conference was attended by more than 70 people from various disciplines, including economists, physicists, computer scientists, and sociologists.
